This DC-DC converter reduce input voltage to lower voltage to 5V USB voltage with fast charging function. The USB QC3. 0 port uses Qualcomm QuickCharge™ technology which allows for the charging of battery powered devices, primarily mobile phones, at levels above and beyond the typical 5 volts and 2 amps for which most USB standards allow. This means you can charge the device connected on the QC3.
